The GB10 glass break sensor works with any X-10 security system. The sensor, stuck on the glass, detects the vibrations of the glass and listens for the glass breaking high frequency.

It sends a wireless radio frequency signal to the main console when a glass is broken or hit by a hammer. This dual technology ensures the glass break sensor is not tricked by other noise.

The GB10 will detect breaking glass for the window that it is stuck to and also the adjacent pane of glass in the case of double windows.
